This is the Email that our PE teachers sent out regarding Jump Rope For Heart. Hopefully it clears up any questions you might have. K-2 students do not get a handout or envelop coming home to remind you about sending in donations. Please send in your donation marked JRFH and I will be sure to have your child take it to gym that day.
Dear Parents (K-5),
As of yesterday we have talked to every class about Jump Rope for Heart in grades K-4. Our goals is to have everyone raise at least $5. If this goal is achieved we will raise $4000 for The American Heart Association. This fund-raiser is completely optional. Sappington and Sperreng 5th grade are all working towards this goal.
If you child shows an interest in fund-raising online go to http://jumphoops2017mwa.

If you decide to do the online fund-raising it requires a personal donation of $10. Students will automatically receive two zoo crew animals with this donation. I have been told there is a way around this but I have not found it.
