Week of 3/13

This is the last week before Spring Break.  There will be no school the week of 3/20th.  We will resume school on 3/27.  

Thursday is Conferences.  I have contacted you, if I am requesting a conference. 

Friday is a half day for the entire school.  We will dismiss at 11:50.  ALL of the buses will be running, so your child's bus number and drop off should be the same as the morning bus that picks them up to take them to Sappington.  Please have patience, the routes are longer with K-4 being dismissed, so your child may get dropped off at the bus stop a little later than usual.  

Please check the transportation list to make sure that it is correct.  Let me know if any changes need to be made.

Reading/Writing:

We will be doing a lot of St. Patrick's day activities and projects. My favorite: "Who is Worth More To You Than Gold?"  We use one of my favorite words: BECAUSE! 

 

Math:

Making 4. 

Making 10 practice fun with Leprechauns.  

Teacher Notes: 

Homework is due Friday.

Leprechaun Trap: We are going to attempt to plan and make a leprechaun trap. I hope to post pictures of all of their awesome ideas on the blog.
