Week of 3/27

Dear Parents, 

I hope you enjoyed your time off.  I had the opportunity to travel to Florida and watch our STL Cardinals!  Woo hoo!  I'm pumped and ready for the season!  Chad Huffman took time AFTER a game to talk to fans, sign autographs and take selfies.  It was awesome to see such kindess and character in action.  It means alot to others and I'm going to keep that as a class goal for our week.

Last week, we were strapped for time with our Leprechaun traps, so reading the sight words was a shortened version.

 

Word Family:

This week we will begin our first Word Family: the -at family.  We will be generating words that end with -at.  We will practice adding letters and blends to the beginning of -at to make new words.
